We are team 14556 TAZ BOTS.  We attend Poinciana Elementary STEM Magnet School and are members of the FIRST Lego League robotics team.

 

FIRST Lego League is a STEM program that introduces students to real-world engineering challenges by building lego-based robots to program and complete tasks, researching a problem that exists in our world and challenges students to work within the team structure to form their solutions.

 

This year’s research project is titled TRASH TREK.  The Challenge asks teams to explore the hidden but fascinating world of trash, from collection, to sorting, to smart production, and reuse. Teams must them come up with an innovative solution to help our trash problem.  The TAZ BOTS solution is this web site—where we will add a STEM project each week using a 2 liter bottle!  The TAZ BOTS are hoping that you like our website and will try some of our STEM activities.
